Biography
Mr. Qaiser Iqbal was awarded his MPhil in Library Information Management in 2020 with the research thesis “User’s technology acceptance and usage behavior of online databases in university libraries of Lahore”. He is a Researcher, Educationist, Expert in Library Management, Informatics & Trainer. He is the first Pakistani Scopus Research Certified Librarian, also Mendeley Advisor and Community Member, UK Elsevier. He is a Brand Ambassador/ Country representative of Emerald Publishing International Middle East and Africa. Mr. Qaiser also served at reputable national institutes like LUMS, GIFT, Riphah International University, SMDC, Punjab Group of Colleges, Civil Services Academy, and UMT.
